Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before the return has been approved.

Restocking Fee: A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to items that have been opened but remain unused and in their original condition. This fee is subject to approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Items

If your product(s) are found to be damaged upon unpacking, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After the 48-hour window, we cannot accept damage claims or returns.

Installation Note: Damaged items must not be installed; damage claims for installed products cannot be accommodated.

Faulty Items
We understand sometimes products can develop faults in their lifetime, please contact us.

We aim to offer a repair, exchange or refund for the product if the fault occurs within 30 days. If the fault occurs after this period, we will look to offer a repair within a reasonable amount of time after delivery (usually 12 months), however we may request proof of correct installation for example.

The fault is to be determined, this does not cover fair wear and tear/misuse/incorrect installation/accident/neglect. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Delivery outside of UK Mainland may incur local customs duties and taxes, which are outside of our control. These are unable to be calculated in advance. Any local customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.

In the event any local customs duties and taxes are refused by the recipient of the goods, the goods may be destroyed or returned to the sender - in both cases, no refund for the goods will be issued under any circumstances.
