These Terms and Conditions apply to all trade and business-to-business (“B2B”) transactions between Munde Home Ltd (“we”, “our”, “the Seller”) and the purchaser (“you”, “your”, “the Buyer”).

For clarity, any order where a company name appears on the invoice, delivery address, or billing details will automatically be deemed a trade or B2B order and will be governed by these Terms, irrespective of the platform or method of purchase.

By placing an order with Munde Home Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms in full.


1. Orders & Payment

1.1. All trade and B2B orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Munde Home Ltd.

1.2. We do not offer credit, pro forma, or deferred payment terms. All invoices are payable upon order confirmation and must be settled in full before any goods are shipped.

1.3. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless withdrawn earlier at our discretion. Prices may change without prior notice.

1.4. All prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and any other local charges which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

1.5. Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or associated import fees within the timeframe required by the courier or customs authority — resulting in the order being returned to sender — will incur a re-delivery charge. Such goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. A 2% monthly storage charge (compounded monthly) will apply from the date the goods are returned to us until the total balance and all associated costs are cleared.

2. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order will be processed as confirmed and becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Returns & Refunds

All trade and B2B orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for any reason other than verified damage in transit reported within the timeframe specified in Clause 7 (“Disputes & Claims”).

4. Product Specifications

4.1. Product dimensions, finishes, materials, and specifications may change at any time due to design updates, material availability, or improvements in manufacturing processes.

4.2. Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials. Variations in colour, tone, texture, grain, veining, or surface detail are expected and are not considered defects. These differences form part of the inherent character and individuality of each product.

4.3. Such variations or specification adjustments do not entitle the Buyer to reject, return, or seek compensation for the goods.

5. Natural Stone Products

5.1. All natural stone products are unique. Variations in colour, shade, veining, and tone are natural characteristics and cannot be replicated. Occasional holes, natural pits, or surface irregularities may occur and are not considered defects.

5.2. These natural features contribute to the authenticity and beauty of the material and are intrinsic to each individual piece.

5.3. Once in your possession, natural stone is not covered for cracks, chips, or breakage resulting from handling, transportation, installation, or normal use.

5.4. Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, installation, and care. We recommend following all care and maintenance guidance provided with the product.

6. Handmade & Decorative Products

6.1. Many of our decorative and handmade items are crafted from materials such as wood, metal, glass, ceramic, acrylic, or resin.

6.2. Subtle irregularities, variations in finish, texture, colour, or minor imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

6.3. Once delivered, damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered under any warranty or guarantee.

6.4. Buyers are encouraged to inspect products upon receipt and adhere to any care instructions supplied by Munde Home Ltd.

7. Delivery & Transit

7.1. Delivery dates and times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. This means that time is not of the essence — a delay in delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, refuse delivery, or claim compensation.

7.2. The Buyer must comply with the courier’s delivery schedule and provide all necessary delivery information in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery or storage charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

7.3. If the Buyer fails to accept delivery, any resulting damage, deterioration, or loss will be at the Buyer’s risk. Munde Home Ltd shall not be held liable for any related costs or losses.

7.4. Risk in the goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the address or authorised representative designated by the Buyer. Delivery to a third party acting on behalf of the Buyer constitutes valid delivery.

7.5. In circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to transport delays, strikes, material shortages, or force majeure), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery without liability.

8. Overdue Accounts & Interest

8.1. Any overdue balances shall accrue interest at 2% per month, compounded monthly, from the due date until payment is made in full.

8.2. The Buyer shall be liable for all legal, professional, and third-party collection fees incurred by the Seller in recovering overdue sums.

9. Disputes & Claims

9.1. The Buyer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

9.2. Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.

9.3. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

9.4. The Buyer is not entitled to withhold payment or set off any claim against sums owed to the Seller.

10. Ownership & Risk

10.1. Title to all goods shall remain with Munde Home Ltd until payment has been received in full.

10.2. Risk passes to the Buyer once the goods have been delivered as defined in Clause 7.

11. Resale Policy

11.1. Goods purchased under trade or B2B terms may only be resold on the Buyer’s own website or within their physical retail store, subject to written approval from Munde Home Ltd.

11.2. Resale or listing of Munde Home products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, or similar platforms) is strictly prohibited.

11.3. The Buyer must ensure that all product descriptions, images, and marketing materials used for resale are accurate, professional, and consistent with the Munde Home brand.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Munde Home Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including, without limitation, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the sale, delivery, or use of any goods.

12.2. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the goods in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
